1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dha77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online gambling service operating under the brand name dha77, accessible at dha77.io.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is in the process of registering an account on the dha77 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration, through which all Platform services are accessed.
• "Balance" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonuses that have met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Services" refers collectively to all betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, virtual games, and any other wagering or gaming features available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matching deposit credits granted to a Player by dha77 under a specific promotional offer, subject to the wagering requirements of that offer.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process that dha77 may require a Player to complete before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by dha77.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date on which this version of the Terms & Conditions comes into force.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the dha77 platform, or by completing the account registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the dha77 platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account by contacting support at [email protected].

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an Account and use any Services offered by dha77. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. dha77 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify your age. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all associated winnings will be voided, and deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active Account on the dha77 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. dha77 uses technical and manual measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplication is identified, dha77 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration and at all subsequent times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number used for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. dha77 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

The dha77 platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. dha77 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in any location outside its intended market.

4. Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. dha77 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. If you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify dha77 support at [email protected].

4.2 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. dha77 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. dha77 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts, provided that the Account Balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of such fees. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied and will have 30 days to reactivate their Account.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and KYC requirements having been met. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dha77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). dha77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of the transaction. These limits are subject to change and may vary during promotional periods.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the dha77 payments team. Standard processing time is within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to KYC verification being complete. dha77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are returned to the payment method originally used for the corresponding deposit where the technical infrastructure of that method supports it.

5.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method being used. dha77 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending the outcome of such checks.

5.5 Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote Taka amounts. dha77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

Bets placed on the dha77 platform are binding once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirmation, including the selection, stake, and market type. dha77 will not reverse a confirmed bet on the basis of a player error unless the bet is voided under the specific provisions below.

6.2 Bet Voidance

dha77 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, under the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned; (b) the market is settled in error; (c) the bet was placed at odds that were published due to a manifest technical error; (d) there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular play, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event; (e) the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms & Conditions.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) markets are offered on selected events including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 internationals, Bangladesh Premier League football, and other major competitions. Odds on in-play markets are updated in real time. dha77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless voided under clause 6.2.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

dha77 applies maximum payout limits per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement. dha77 reserves the right to limit the winnings payable on any single bet or combination bet to the stated maximum, regardless of the odds accepted.

7. Casino and Game Rules

7.1 RNG Games

All slot games and other RNG-based casino products available on dha77 use certified Random Number Generator technology to determine outcomes. These games are supplied by regulated third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Play'n GO. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are those certified by the relevant provider and are available within the game information panel.

7.2 Live Casino

Where bonus abuse is detected, dha77 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and close the Account.

8.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

dha77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to an offer prior to its modification will be subject to the terms in force at the time of opt-in, provided those terms were clearly communicated at that time.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dha77 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, macros, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

• Placing bets on events the outcome of which you have advance knowledge as a result of insider information or match-fixing arrangements.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other dha77 process.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the dha77 platform — including but not limited to the dha77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, icons, audio, video, data compilations, and software — is the property of dha77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of dha77.

Game content, including graphics and audio, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt) and is governed by their respective licence terms. dha77 operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

11. Privacy and Data

Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services. dha77 will use reasonable endeavours to notify players of scheduled downtime in advance but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

14. Amendments

dha77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dha77 will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their Account and will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions before each use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in clause 4.4.

Amendments do not apply retroactively to bets or transactions completed prior to the amendment's effective date, except where required by law or necessary to correct a material error in the previous version of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to dha77's operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.
